A house designed for  Sameer and Ritu Gupta, split over 3 floors  is simple and elegant, it sports attitude and shouts for attention. The structure incorporates interesting cubic compositions and overhangs. Simplicity and serenity permeates the entire space.

The building and its elements- staircase, lobbies etc…Borrow and return views with a symbiotic play of light. The house is designed making maximum use of natural resources. Each area has large openings providing ample ventilation and unobstructed views. A small garden is created at all levels to foster a feeling of continuity and peace.

A home that blends effortlessly into the surrounding. The priorities of design is that to allow outside pour into the home – Natural light and airy ventilation.

Each and every space in bungalow is designed with specific theme as per the personality of user. The decked area of first floor terrace is finished with rustic feel with greenery. Custom designed interiors and furniture in warm earthy tones complimented by lighting creating welcoming ambiance.

Ground floor has parking space, office space, a gym, home theater and servant quarter. first floor has an airy internal lobby interacting with drawing room, living room, dining and kitchen, and parents room. second floor has master bedroom, guest room and daughters room, all connected by a central lounge area.
