The Villa is located in Bhopal amidst other Row houses in the colony. As a weekend villa, this project had to be the perfect blend of serenity and luxury. Large spaces of the living, dining and kitchen areas flow uninterrupted into one another via strategically used rafters and double heighted areas to give the feel of expansive openness.
The project merges into its lush surroundings to create a home nestled in nature. Large windows and huge folding doors bring the outside in. Sit outs at every level with splendid views of the gardens around make the perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate for the week to come. A wall wide mirror reflecting the greenery from beyond and a majestic pergola creating dramatic patterns add to the earthiness of this elegant home. A home as connected as its inmates a space that blends effortlessly into the surrounding.
The client wanted the home to inspire their family to spend time together by creating inviting landscape and a design that breathes tradition into luxury. This is what the client envisioned. The idea was to create a house that reminded of their roots and inspired them to connect with each other in a way reminiscent of the past, yet attuned to the present.
